Very central to where we wanted to be, ie centre of Wellington
Nothing hotel could do, but the incessant bleep bleep of the road crossing!!!

location
old, tired, scruffy, bordering on tacky. awful place with no ambience, uncared for appearance. bedroom tiny with no tv. housekeeping service was apalling, the bed was made so badly i was shocked at the lack of care. walls damaged, carpet stained, disconcerting bad smell of burnt rubber in corridor. i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Fairly clean hotel, I really enjoyed very amiable and efficient staff. The location of the property was perfect - just a pleasant stroll away from a Cuba street. A museum and a main street were close to the property. It became my favourite place to stay in Wellington.

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the nearby restaurant options with good meals. I faced some noise disturbances that slightly affected my relaxation. For a quieter experience, consider requesting a room on a higher floor.

Great location, comfortable, well equipped unit in a beautiful heritage building
One bedroom was too small - unable to open wardrobe or have bedside table or light with double bed in the room

It is nestled in the middle of the town, close to Lambton Quay Street. The rooms here are a nice size and brand-new with a good bathroom.

Spacious room, well appointed. Big bathroom and bedroom, and having kitchen facilities was an added bonus.
Wireless internet was a little unreliable and there was not a full range of cable channels on the tv

comfortable stay with room for improvement
I appreciated the quick check-in process , made settling in easy. The room was spacious.
The city view was nice, but the noise from the street was a bit distracting at night.

I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect-just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and really helpful, especially when I needed assistance with a fan.
The breakfast could use a bit more variety to choose from.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Q/W great location and having the extra room for our teenage daughter was important, so much better than being squashed in a hotel room. The rooms were well equipped and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The beds and bedding were excellent We would definitely stay there again.

the location was fabulous and the layout of the unit was very comfortable. Almost like home!
There was a lot of noise from other apartments- just one of the nights. The low level of lighting in the lounge took a bit of getting used to- it made it feel a bit gloomy.

Review: The apartment was spacious and convenient, featuring a laundry area that was a real lifesaver. While the decor felt a tad outdated, it still had a homely charm. The location on Lambton Quay was really good for exploring downtown, though some amenities could use attention. a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-15}
